I can’t find a security on the site. What should I do?

If you can’t find a security after searching for it by name or symbol, you can search for it using its ISIN.  For example, BCV’s ISIN is  CH0531751755.You can contact the Customer Service Center to find out whether a security can be traded online or whether it’s possible to place your order over the phone. BCV fees will apply to any orders placed over the phone if the exchange or security is not available on TradeDirect (e.g., securities on the Japanese market, and certain unlisted funds).
